Because pets are family
Animals have always been a huge part of Danielle and Callum's lives. Starting Taylor's Tails gave them the opportunity to turn that lifelong love into something practical for local pet owners: reliable care from people who genuinely enjoy getting to know every animal they look after.
They know how important it is to trust the person walking through your door, clipping on your dog's lead or caring for your cat while you are away. That is why Taylor's Tails is built around familiarity, communication and attention to the small details that make each pet different.
Rather than treating every booking the same, Danielle and Callum take time to learn routines, personalities, confidence levels and preferences. Some dogs want a lively adventure. Others need a calmer pace and plenty of time to sniff. Some cats want company and play, while others simply want their routine respected. The care should fit the pet, not the other way around.
